Artist’s Comments: The Lady of June was inspired by the month of June’s popularity as a month for marriage and brides. One tradition speaks of how a young woman would peer into a well and see the reflection of her future groom within.
The month of June was also named for the Greco-Roman goddess, Juno, the goddess of marriage and the well-being of women.

Lady of June
The Lady of June bears the Rose and dons the stone of Pearl. The red Rose represents the passion of love, while the Pearl will bring her abundance.
She ushers in a time of unions and divination.
“Lady of June”s original painting is framed in a rich, dark wood with decorative beading.
